Azi vreau sa fim originali si sa te iau alaturi de mine intr-o calatorie ca sa intelegi ce sunt testele psiholgice si cum se construieste unul.
Daca nu ai citit inca prima lectie e important sa faci asta inainte sa treci la test: >>> Greseli ce ti-au distrus increderea in tine <<<
Apoi, iti vei face singur testul si evaluarea si apoi discutam despre increderea in sine.
Cum se face un test psihologic?
Pai in primul rand, se folosesc instrumente psihologice, chestionare, experimente si studii pentru a evalua o trasatura psihologica.
In cazul nostru este vorba de stima de sine.
Si experimentele noastre psihologice ne dovedesc ca una din trasaturile oamenilor cu o incredere mare in ei este valoarea pe care ei cred ca o au in aceasta lume. Invers, oamenii cu incredere scazuta in ei, considera ca nu sunt valorosi sau ca sunt mai putin valorosi decat ceilalti oameni din jurul lor.
Acum, vrem sa facem un test psihologic ca sa aflam rapid daca un om are o incredere in sine scazuta sau crescuta.
Si vom formula intrebarea astfel:
Cred ca sunt un om de valoare sau cel putin la fel de bun(a) ca altii.
Apoi, dorim sa facem si variantele de raspuns.
Pentru a face variantele de raspuns, ne gandim cum putem imparti gradele de incredere in sine?
In cazul nostru, avem 4 variante:
- Inalta si stabila ( adica e inalta si nu poate fi scazuta usor)
- Inalta si instabila ( e inalta uneori dar anumite evenimente de viata o pot scadea)
- Scazuta si instabila ( e scazuta dar poate urca sau scadea in functie de evenimentele de viata)
- Scazuta si stabila ( e scazuta si poate fi greu ridicata)
Asadar, cand omul raspunde la intrebarile din testul meu, vreau sa il pot incadra in una din cele 4 categorii, deci am sa ii dau 4 variante de raspuns.
In exemplul nostru, la intrebarea:
Cred ca sunt un om de valoare sau cel putin la fel de bun(a) ca altii.
Ii dam cele 4 variante de raspuns.
1. Absolut de acord ( 3 puncte)
2. De acord ( 2 puncte)
3. Nu sunt de acord ( 1 punct)
4. Categoric nu ( 0 puncte)
Cum dau punctele? Cu cat raspunsul meu indica o stima de sine mai mare, dau mai multe puncte pentru ca la sfarsit sa pot face evaluarea. Cu cat raspunsul primeste mai putine puncte, voi stii ca exista o stima de sine mai scazuta.
Nenea Rosenberg, dupa numele caruia s-a facut acest test, a gasit 10 trasaturi care indica increderea in sine si a formulat 10 intrebari usoare.
Fa te rog testul si noteaza punctele pe care ti le acorzi.

Ai reusit?
Fa adunarea punctelor tale si evaluarea e foarte simpla.
Intre 0-5 de puncte – stima de sine foarte scazuta
Intre 5-25 de puncte – o stima de sine medie ( scade sau creste in functie de evenimentele din viata ta)
Intre 25-30 de puncte – o stima de sine crescuta si solida
Acum, din punctul meu de vedere, nimanui nu-i strica sa isi dezvolte increderea in sine si atentie, nu poti sa ai prea multa incredere in tine.
Aroganta nu este prea multa incredere ci o evaluarea incorecta a abilitatilor tale. Un om cu multa incredere in el isi evalueaza corect abilitatile si nu devine arogant. Deci cu cat mai multa incredere cu atat mai bine.
